I purchased a $25 voucher for hair cut, wash, blow-dry and style, full colour plus colour gloss overlay. I was told when I sat down that in order to get my roots done I would have to pay another $25 so I just opted for the colour. Picked a combination of two colours, with the trainee and salon supervisor both advising these colours would work great on my hair (which was dyed blond when I entered the salon). Once the colour was put in, washed out etc. I walked out of their with a colour verging on moss green/brown and it looked terrible. My mother's comment later was that my hair looked dirty and had no shine to it. Apparently this colour is supposed to last thru 8 weeks and I can't wait for that time to pass. Tried to dye my hair back to blond but it won't take. I would need to get my hair stripped and then redyed which completely defies the "deal" I thought I was getting. The trainee who did my hair was actually graduating that day - God help the salon that has hired her. I would not recommedn this place for any type of dye job - hair cut was okay - could tell it wasn't done by a professional.
